Muse wanted: Sam, but the a**hole, Extinction Entity version. Fragile, Deadman, DieHardman, Heartman

Listen, this AU started as boredom during COVID and has somehow become one of my favorite things to write.
The basic premise is simple: Peter Englert ends up taking the protagonist role while Sam becomes increasingly devoted to Amelie's vision of extinction.
Peter is paired with Lara Croft during the effort to reconnect the UCA, and the two eventually fall in love while dealing with BTs, portering, and Sam being an absolute menace.
Lara still experiences the events of the Survivor Timeline Tomb Raider games, just heavily adapted to fit a Death Stranding setting. She's also a repatriate, which explains how she survives half the nonsense that gets thrown at her.
During their efforts to reconnect America, Peter and Lara repeatedly come into conflict with Sam. Eventually, Sam decides Lara is too much of a problem and causes a monowheel accident that leaves her seriously injured.
The final confrontation ends with Peter and Fragile abandoning Sam on the Beach. Peter assumes Sam died there and returns to Capital Knot City to stay beside Lara during her recovery.
Shortly afterward, Peter discovers that Lou is his biological daughter through Lucy Strand. Peter and Lara free Lou from her pod and decide to raise her together.
And thus ends the AU events of Death Stranding 1.
I'm looking for someone interested in playing a version of Sam who is intelligent, dangerous, bitter, manipulative, and fully committed to his role as humanity's problem.
I'm also looking for Lara's adopted father, Deadman. He was a long time friend of The Crofts and took Lara in when they were killed by Trinity. This means Lara was raised around people like Heartman, DieHardman, got to know Fragile and became good friends with her. All of these people coming in would be super.

One of the triggering events for Sam is Lucy successfully leaving with Neil.
He knows Lou isn't his, but Lucy never admitted it which made things worse.
This is also his motivation for targeting Peter specifically, because he's convinced Peter knows when Peter has no damn clue Lou even exists.
He's also just a dramatic, dramatic bitch who uses everything he has to push people even further away.
Sam's allergy is also non-existent so he has to protect himself in other way: through terrible life-choices and completely unforgiveable behavior.
He knows Lou isn't his, but Lucy never admitted it which made things worse.
